WHO IS CONSTRUCTIV?

Constructiv is the creation of Megan Nowotny. Hailing from Western Australia Megan has carved herself a solid reputation as a financial controller in WA’s commercial construction industry.  Megan is a CPA qualified accountant and a registered BAS Agent.

Megan began her career with the leading WA construction giant Multiplex Constructions, where she had a decade long learning curve. From there, Megan sought exposure to different industries, gaining valuable experience at a property investment fund and a facilities management group.  

In 2012, Megan was given the opportunity to return to the construction industry, where she took the position of Financial Controller at a leading mid-tier construction company.  During this time, she worked closely with the Commercial Manager and together created a Management Information System and implemented the American Construction job cost and accounting system, Vista by Viewpoint.

So why Constructiv? During her time in construction Megan noticed so many subcontractors were hamstrung by inefficient accounting processes.  Subcontractors were terrific at what they did, but it became apparent they could benefit from some professional guidance  when it came to the number crunching.

Megan was keen to see good businesses become great. Constructiv is all about introducing mature and professional management accounting solutions that help clients go to that next level.

Whilst the construction industry is where it started, the philosophy of introducing individualised accounting solutions is something that has seen Constructiv. attract clients from a variety of industries. Since its inception, Constructiv has worked closely with the start-up construction company Tricon, manufacturing company CoreFab, multimedia agency RCI and live fish exporter Diverse Aquaria.
